Hi Guys..Join with me again Sasa..^^. As our semester will be end this December, I get some final project of English class. I am asked to write about some tales or stories that I believe most of you know about them. Ok, now I will review the stories/tales one by one.

1.Romeo And Juliet
My first story is a very romantic and lasting story I think. Every one of you must know about this story. Am I right??This story comes from Italy, and was written in the 1591-1595 by a very famous people, called William Shakespeare. Romeo and Juliet is the most famous story William ever made. This story also often played in The Hamlet and Macbeth.
Romeo and Juliet is also a tragic story. It tells us about a love story of two young people who have different social class, named Romeo and Juliet. Juliet was born in the Capulet,a very rich and illustrious family. Whereas Romeo was born in the Mountage family which is not a rich family. Between the Capulet and the Mountage has occured some hostility since a long long time ago. Their love story began when Romeo met Juliet in the Capulet's castle.
Before they met, Romeo just experienced a broken heart since his lover married to someone else. That is why, he took some walk to refreshed his mind. After a few minutes, he got in to the Capulet's castle where there was some celebration of of Juliet's 17th birthday. At that time Juliet was introduced to a young man called Valliant Paris. Romeo really curious about that crowded, so he entered the castle secretly.
Romeo was very stunned by Juliet's beauty and luckily both of them can knew each other. From that time, they became a couple, but their relationship has to be kept away from both of their parents because of the malignity between that two family. Someday, there was an incident which involved the Capulet and the Mountage. It cause the death of Mercutio, a relative of the Mountage who was killed by Tybalt from the Capulet. This event, made Romeo extremely angry and killed Tybalt too.
Because of what he already done, Romeo got some punishment. He couldn't back to Verona forever. It pushed Romeo and Juliet to separated. In the other hand, Juliet's parents couldn't refuse Valliant's marriage proposal. Juliet want to let know Romeo about that through Romeo's teacher.
To avoid that wedding, Romeo's teacher gave Juliet a poison that could made her get a suspended animation for about two days. But unfortunately, the letter about Juliet and Romeo teacher's plan not accepted by Romeo. That is why when Romeo back to the city, and was very sad knowing his girlfriend died, he went to the place where Juliet was laid and killed his self. After the effect of the poison was gone, Juliet wake up and realized that Romeo was dead. Finally, she killed herself to for Romeo.
And that is all about Rome and Juliet guys, hope you can enjoy it. Because this story is really brilliant and very sweet. Right?? :)

2.Cleopatra the Queen of Egypt
So guys, the next story I'm gonna to tell u is about Cleopatra a very beautiful woman from Egypt. Same with Romeo and Juliet, I bet most of you has acquainted this woman since her hair cut is quite unique, short hair with a flat bangs, didn't she??But her haircut is very popular now a day I think.
Cleopatra was the most famous ancient Egypt queen. She is the seventh woman with the name "Cleopatra", but they are not as famous as she, that is why the other almost been forgotten by modern people. Cleopatra was the last generation of Ptolomeus dynasty. She became the ruler of Egypt with her father, called Ptolomeus XII. Under her power, there was some rebellion from her own brother. But she can handle it by align with Julius Caesar and Anthony. Cleopatra had  only one children from Julius Caesar and tree children from Mark Anthony, which two of them were are twin. But know I will focus in discuss about Cleopatra and Mark Anthony.
Cleopatra and Anthony who was one of the powerful people in Rome met in Tarsus after the death of Julius Caesar. She attract him directly, and Anthony spent his winter in Alexandria with Cleopatra. In the December 25th, Cleopatra give birth two babies, who named Alexander Helios and Cleopatra Selene II.
Four years later, Anthony visited Alexandria again to got a war with Parthian. After that, he marry Cleopatra whereas he still the husband of Octavia Minor. With Cleopatra, he got a baby again, called Ptolomeus Philadelphus. Together, Cleopatra and Anthony had a very large colonies. Each of their children were given several regional powers. But Anthony's attitude was disliked by Roman and Octavian (Juius Caesar's grandson). So Roman sent it's army to attacked Egypt in the Actium's beach Since that war, Anthony was lost and then he decided to suicide by thrust a sword to his chest.
Knowing the death of his husband,Cleopatra decided to killed her self too. She did it by put her hands in the basket of fig which also full with poisonous snake. At her last minute, she declared her destiny as a Goddess.
Ok guys, that's the end of Cleopatra romance story. Her love story has been dramatized many time, such as "Anthony and Cleopatra", a very popular creation of William Shakespeare.

3.Why Do Hawks Hunt Chicks?
Ok, guys this is my last story to be reviewed. Maybe most of you not really familiar with this kind of fable.Actually, I don't know this tale very well but I will try the best to explain it to you guys.^^

This fable  is kind of a heredity story that maybe the ancients often deliver it to their generations, but in this case I mean, that this is the habit of families from outside Indonesia. It tells about a hawk which is fell in love with a hen. He asked the Hen to marry him. Inside her heart, she really want to accept the hawk's purpose. But instead of said "yes" she answered that she would learn how to fly like the hawk before  they can marry and fly together. So, to keep her promise, the Hawk gave her a ring. But unfortunately at that time, the Hen already promised to marry the rooster.
Realizing the ring, the rooster got angry and order the Hen to threw away the ring. from the Hawk A couple months later, the Hawk came to the Hen to demand her promise. The Hen tell the Hawk about the true story. After heard about that, suddenly the Hawk got furious and he gave some curse to the Hen. He said that the Hen and his generation will always scratching the earth and the Hawk will always flying to catch the Hen's children.
So guys, although it just a short fable, I think it gives us a very good lesson. It tells us that we can't promise to someone while we know that we will not fulfill it. It means we can not easily give a promise to someone else before thinking twice.
In Indonesia there is a fable that similar with "Why Do Hawks Hunt Chicks?", it is about a dog, horse, goat, buffalo, and also a ox. A long long time ago, there was a dog who make a friends with horse, buffalo,ox and goat. But dog is very arrogant, he like berating his friends.
Someday, dog held a party in his house. He asked his friend to sit down, but the goat,ox,horse and the buffalo never seat, they can't sit since their ancestor era. Wanting to respect the dog, they try to seat hard. The dog smile when looking his friends try so hard. A few minutes later, the dog can't hold on his self and  suddenly laugh very loud. Hearing that, the horse, goat,ox and the buffalo angry and hit the dog. Luckily, the dog can escape from that incident. That is why, now every dogs always bark when they saw buffaloes, oxes, goats and horses.
